Mystery Skype
By: Cy, Ali, and Marissa
We experienced a mystery skype with a 4th grade class in Iowa. Skype is video chatting online. Mystery skyping is where two classes have to ask each other questions until they guess each others state.
We had a lot of jobs: questioners, answers, mappers, historians, openers, and closers.
They asked a lot of questions. They said that they have done around 35 mystery skypes. They were trying to get all of the 50 states.
After we got done with mystery skype we asked them what are some facts about the state.
They told us that they had a lot of famous people from their state, for example: Ashton Kutcher, Tom Arnold and more.
They also have many animals. For example: elk, black squirrel, coyotes, badgers, and many more.
After that we interviewed Jarret and Trinity.
Jarret said that his experience on mystery skype was good. He got to meet new people and he liked that .
Trinity learned what it would be like to live in Iowa.
We also learned that A LOT of them love the Huskers.
